In his role as Training and Capacity Building Officer at MAGVIN Research Institute, Samuel Kwasi Obrifo is responsible for designing and delivering training programs that are aligned with an organization’s goals and objectives, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and providing feedback to management and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence among institute’s research community.
Aside from his work at MAGVIN Research Institute, Samuel also worked as a Teaching and Research Assistant with the Department of Planning, Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (formerly University of Development Studies, Wa Campus).
Samuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Planning from the University of Development Studies. He is currently a Master of Philosophy in Monitoring and Evaluation at SDD University of Business and Integrated Development Studies. Regarding leadership, Samuel served as the Planning Affairs Officer of the Ghana Association of Students’ Planners during his undergraduate days at the University for Development Studies.
