Ms. Josephine Naab Pollu

Ms. Josephine Naab Pollu is a dedicated nurse, passionate community leader, and advocate for youth and women’s empowerment. As the Founder and President of the WillMa Youth Club (WYC), she spearheads initiatives that nurture leadership and personal growth among young people, fostering development in most communities. Her commitment to education and mentorship is reflected in her role as a Clinical Preceptor at St. Joseph Catholic Nursing Training College in Jirapa, where she mentors the next generation of healthcare professionals.

In addition to her work in healthcare, Josephine serves as a Learner Guide with CAMFED Ghana at St. Francis of Assisi Girls Senior High School, where she plays a pivotal role in supporting girls to stay in school and improve their academic performance.

Driven by her focus on youth and women’s empowerment, girls’ education, and sustainable community development, Josephine consistently embraces leadership roles and innovative ideas. She is committed to building global partnerships that advance her mission of creating lasting positive change in communities.
