Mr. Clifford Mwinapuo serves as the Head of Finance at Pronet North, a local Non-Governmental Organization in Ghana. He holds an MBA in Accounting, a Bachelor of Commerce degree with an accounting specialization, and an HND in Accounting. With over 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, particularly within non-profit organizations, Clifford has developed a robust expertise in managing financial operations for diverse projects.

His extensive professional training includes specialized courses such as Grants and Financial Management with Crown Agents on the Complementary Basic Education Project (CBE), Financial Governance and Management Training with CARE International under the KASA initiative, and Grants Management Training with BKQ Consult. He possesses advanced practical knowledge in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets, which he has applied in various project implementations.

Throughout his career, Clifford has successfully overseen the financial management of numerous projects, including the 5-year Complementary Basic Education (CBE), Greater Rural Opportunity for Women (GROW), and the Strategic Approaches to Girls Education (STAGE) by WEI. He has also managed projects like ENOUGH by Oxfam GB (4 years), Wash in DPC with UNICEF, SHAKTI by Unilever Ghana (1 year), the Health, Education and Sanitation Project (HES) by the World Bank, and Water & Sanitation initiatives with Water Aid Ghana.

His role as a Finance and Administration Officer has equipped him with comprehensive experience in managing both financial and administrative systems, making him a valuable asset in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organizations he serves.
